Update: I called Joe on Jan. 3, 2022 at 1pm. Less than an hour later, Joe calls me back asking how he could help! The very next day, Joe's roofer that originally worked on our roof came out to inspect, adjust and repair before it was even lunch time. From my call to Joe to completed repairs, it was literally less than 24 hours. Amazing. Original Review: We have a commercial flat roof that was leaking during the rainy season. Summer of 2021, we thought "OK, lets see if we can repair..." We called 4 different roofers for quotes and Joe from Premier Roofing Experts provided easy to understand advice and information and first time quote that was more competitive than the other roofers I called. Joe was upfront about where there would be hidden costs beyond the quote and provided what the cost/sqft would be. Yuda, the site supervisor was present daily to make sure the work was being completed properly for city permit inspection and to explain the work goals for the day. The final product was a clean and sealed roof. The estimated timeframe for the project and the additional time needed for the additional work was accurate. The entire roof was done in about a week and a half from permit application with the city to final payment for our completed roof. Premier Roofing team members are easy to talk to, work with and communicates the requirements for a successful completion of the job very well. We will not hesitate to call on Joe and team again.
